REVTECH excels in the areas of continuous toasting and roasting. Several products can be roasted such as: sunflowers, sesame, pumpkin, peanuts, almonds, pistachios, wallnuts, etc.

Color and taste are significantly improved in comparison with traditionnal rotary gas roasters or hot air oven. Thanks to the continuous mixing of the particles by vibrations, all particles will be processed under the same conditions of temperature and residence time. No specific gas treatment system is required.

Revtech's patented technology allows high temperatures to be reached without inducing excessive stresses in the structure of the device. Attempts by competitors to copy this technology without the required know-how have resulted in the rapid appearance of stress cracking and the complete failure of the machine. REVTECH has successfully designed and built machines capable of reaching temperatures well over 600°C (seed roasting: T>200°C, toasting: T=150-200°C).

In the South of France, a system for the roasting of Sesame seeds and various other seeds is currently installed and fully operational.

In Russia, 2 sunflower roasting lines are running.

At the end of this year, a major roasting line will be installed in USA with a capacity of 9000 pounds per hour.
