REVTECH technology enables to obtain high quality results for specific heat treatment of grains like soy beans, otchata beans or sunflower seeds.

The unit can run with or without steam. It means a higher flexibility of the technology.
The required flowrates can be very important (over 10.000kg/h) with a perfect homogeneity of the treatment due to the plug flow of the process and due to a continuous grain bed mixing.

Main concerned applications are a dehulling effect and the enzymatic inhibition of the beans at a precise temperature.
